Shipping policy

We want your order to make its way to you safely and as smoothly as possible. This policy explains how we handle processing and shipping for our products.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout.

When a product is available for pre-order or back-order, the estimated availability date is listed in the product description. Once the product is in stock, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. 

Orders placed together may be shipped separately if they have different processing or mailing schedules.

Snail Mail Club

Snail Mail Club letters ship free, and are sent by lettermail. Because lettermail does not include tracking or delivery confirmation, we cannot guarantee the exact date a mailing arrives.

Most letters arrive within the postal service's usual delivery timeframe, but occasional delays can occur. If your letter has not arrived 2 weeks after its mailing date for Canadian addresses, or 3 weeks after its mailing date for U.S. addresses, please contact us. We're happy to help and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Please note that replacement mailings are intended for Snail Mail Club mailings that do not arrive, rather than for delays that are still within the expected mailing period.

Greeting Cards

For some greeting card orders, you may select lettermail at checkout.

Because untracked lettermail does not provide delivery confirmation, we are unable to guarantee delivery or replace cards that are reported missing after shipment. If you'd like the added security of tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout when available.

Tracked Shipping

Tracked shipping is available for eligible orders and provides tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD or $55 USD.

Once a tracked order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Duties and Customs

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Customs processing can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
